PAYMENT

Payment for treatment is due in full at the end of your session, in cash or by cheque or transfer.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may still charge the full session fee which will be payable within 7 days or at the next session, whichever is earlier.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to stay on schedule. However, the full session fee still applies. If you are going to be late for an appointment please let us know of any delay so that we can advise you on whether the session can still go ahead. Your session may be cancelled if we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of the agreed appointment time.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. Before treatment it’s important that you provide complete information about any medical conditions, medications, or allergies. It is your responsibility to check with your medical practitioner beforehand if you suffer from a condition and/or are in any doubt whether to have the treatment.

By booking your session, you agree not to hold Highest Springs responsible for any injuries, losses, or complications resulting from treatment.
