Join our online classes, where you will delve into breathwork, medical Qigong and channel theory with an experienced instructor.  Live sessions run Thursdays at 11:00 am in blocks of 4 weekly classes, with recordings available for convenient practice.  Face to face workshops are also running for practical fine tuning, contact us for details.

Highest Springs cover Tai Chi and Qigong in North Devon and across the south west, as well as at prestigious retreats like Yeotown.  The focus is on well-being and re-connection with nature.

Enrollment is easy through the Highest Springs shop or by reaching out directly.  All are welcome!

We offer Tai Chi and Qigong experiences outside in the natural world that are both regenerative and fortifying. Literally filling the lungs with fresh air and surrounding ourselves with nature brings harmony!  Past workshops have been held at special places such as the stunning RHS Rosemoor Torrington and the beautiful Blenheim Gardens in Minehead, their outstanding beauty alone helps lift spirits and bring an internal peace.

Discover the essence of Tai Chi practice and experience the wisdom of these ancient arts first-hand.  Daniel instructs in the Chen Man Ching short form and Qigong and Wuji standing exercises. Our form includes additional postures inspired by Dr Chi Chiang-tao, further enhancing its health benefits.  We are running a Tai Chi practice class the last Tuesday of every month, 15:00 to 16:30 at the Northam community association hall. Come and have a go and get the flow!

Here are two videos of Dr Chi and Chen Man Ching practicing the forms beautifully - movement like this is what you will be getting involved in!

Qigong is a Chinese healing art that encourages a series of gentle focused exercises and breathing techniques to enhance stamina, flexibility and relaxation, thereby improving the healing process.
